The Dermatology Center at Texas MedClinic will be closing June 22, 2012.
Dr. Meffert has accepted a position with the Dermatology training program at the UTHSC medical center and therefore will be moving his practice to CTRC. As a result, we have made the decision to close the Dermatology Center at Texas MedClinic. Since opening our doors in 2006, we have been grateful for the continued support of our patients, vendors, and staff. It has been a pleasuring serving the San Antonio community over the past six years.

Medical Records
Patients scheduling an appointment at Dr. Meffert’s new location will need to bring a copy of their medical records. Records can also be provided to patient’s primary care provider and previous dermatologist to help facilitate your ongoing care.
To obtain a copy of your medical records:
- Go to http://www.texasmedclinic.com/main/resources_forms.php
- Under “Patient Forms” section download a copy of the Medical Records Release form
- Upon completion, fax the form to 210.491.2862.
